Under UK GDPR, we process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interests — specifically, to respond to your enquiry and provide the driving tuition service you've contacted us about. Where a contract is formed (i.e. you book lessons), processing is also necessary for the performance of that contract.

How long we keep your information

We keep your contact details and lesson notes for as long as we have an active teaching relationship with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of any follow-up queries. We do not retain information indefinitely, and will delete it when it is no longer needed.

Third-party services

This website uses the following third-party services, which may process data about your visit:

• Google Fonts — used to load the Poppins typeface. Your browser makes a request to Google's servers when you visit this site, which may include your IP address. We rely on legitimate interests as our lawful basis for this — specifically, the interest in displaying the website correctly. The privacy impact is minimal and proportionate to that purpose.
